Free Tier
The free version of MonKey is provided at no cost. No refund applies.
Premium Subscription Refunds
MonKey Premium subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment provider. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal
- Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- After the 14-day window, refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@getmonkey.cc with your purchase email and reason for the refund. We will process your request promptly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal. After cancellation:
- You retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the free tier when the period expires
