Refund Policy

Free Tier
The free version of MonKey is provided at no cost. No refund applies.
PRO Subscription Refunds
MonKey PRO subscriptions are billed through the Mac App Store via Apple's StoreKit. All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard refund process:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
- Find MonKey in your purchase history and select "Request a Refund"
- Apple will review and process your request according to their refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings:
- Open System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions
- Or open the App Store → click your account → Account Settings → Subscriptions
After cancellation:
- You retain PRO access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your app will revert to the free tier when the period expires
